What should I do if a relevant policy link does not open?
Check that the link belongs to the actual seller. Check whether an account or regional setting explains the inaccessible page.
What does a verified-purchase label on a review tell me?
Look for details that explain the reviewer's actual experience. Check whether the platform explains the limits of its verification.
How can I write useful feedback after a purchase?
Do not imply that a resolution occurred if it is still pending. State what information would have helped you make the decision.
